The CMS Washington DC Trip will be October 21st-24th, 2026
Trip Details and Cost
Cost of the trip this year is $1,100. This includes 3 nights lodging, all entry fees, charter bus transportation, 3 meals per day, hotel security, travel guides for night tours, and a supervision rate of 1-15.
Payments toward the trip can be mailed to the school, 725 7th St. Columbus, IN 47201. Checks, money orders, or cash will be accepted. Checks and money orders should be made out to Central Middle School. The student contract must accompany the nonrefundable deposit of $105.

Fee Schedule
Through February 18th: $105 non-refundable fee due (110 spots available- first come, first serve)
March 9th: Scholarship forms due to the CMS main office.
May 1st: Second payment of $600 is due to keep your spot on the list.
August 12th: Last day for any refunds other than the $105 deposit.
August 21st: Final payment of $395 is due.
September 28th-October 2nd: Grades and behavior checked for final qualifications.
