Welcome to the home of the Chargers! At Central, learning is energized by our CAPS expectations, where our Central students and staff strive every day to be Academically, Personally, and Socially responsible.

What makes Central truly unique is our commitment to meeting students where they are. We proudly offer four distinct academic pathways designed to fit every student's goals and interests:

  • Legado: Our immersive dual-language program.
  • CSA: A pathway emphasizing community service through project-based learning.
  • Honors: Courses designed to offer deep intellectual challenges.
  • High School Ready: A pathway ensuring foundational success for all.

We challenge our students to think bigger, and that focus on rigor pays off. This past year alone, our Chargers earned over 900 high school credits, giving them a massive head start on their futures!

That excellence extends well beyond the classroom. Central is home to highly successful academic teams and an award-winning Robotics Team that brings STEM to life. Plus, our prime downtown location allows us to leverage powerful community partnerships, connecting our students directly to mentorships and real-world service projects.
