Foreign Language

Spanish and French are offered to both 7th and 8th-grade students at CMS. Students can earn up to two years of high school foreign language credit while in middle school. Both of these courses involve reading, writing, and speaking while learning a foreign language, as well as activities related to cultural heritage. These are high school credit courses and students must have a recommendation from 6th-grade teachers to be assigned to the course.
